Harrisons Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a well-known and successful London and Reading-based Insurance and finance recruitment agency who are now building their Insurance division. They work with big names such as Arthur J. Gallagher, HSBC, LLOYD’S, and RFIB who all highly recommend them.

Our client is looking for an experienced Compliance Recruitment Consultant for their London office starting ASAP.

The division is led by a hands-on and well-respected partner who has experience in hiring consultants from varying backgrounds and developing them into market specialists.

Candidate Requirements

Focusing specifically on the Compliance space within Insurance, we are seeking a driven individual to:

  • Develop new business from new and existing clients
  • Provide a consultative approach service that will encompass a strong knowledge of various classes       of business and disciplines
  • Work closely with our clients in order to attract upper quartile talent in line with expectations via all       relevant channels
  • Collaborate with the other divisions within Eames in order to seek out opportunities and develop new       client relationships

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience of recruiting into the Compliance / Governance sector (either banking or       insurance) is advantageous, however, we are equally keen to hear from talented individuals who may       have recruited into other areas such as Legal / Risk / Accounting and would like to take on a fresh       market with warm client relationships
  • Smartly presented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience of developing new client relationships
  • Ability to develop technical knowledge in new disciplines
  • Tenacity and perseverance
