Our client has a strong recruitment presence in Information Technology. They work with big names such as APSCo, REC Member and others whom all highly recommend them.

This role of Learning and Development Recruitment Training Manager will support the executive team and wider employees in all offices, pro-actively assuming responsibility for creating a culture of customer care, across our employees, contractors and clients. Working closely with the Managing Director to handpick future employees by putting together a robust and enjoyable interview and on-boarding process.

Operating in the capacity of an Engagement Manager supporting in all levels of people management and incentives and responsible for ensuring there is a consistency in the training of all sales/recruitment staff.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Learn from the MD about international compliance yourself and then train that in others.
  • Phone Coaching & Deskside efficiency Coaching & Video Coaching.
  • Design and deliver New Starter Inductions
  • Managing the process of building a library of customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Set up of new starters and carrying out company induction for new starters, facilitate the off-boarding of employees and general maintenance of the staff files.
  • In conjunction with the marketing developing recruitment marketing strategies to promote the       employee value proposition of life at our client.
