This role of Learning and Development Recruitment Training Manager will support the executive team and wider employees in all offices, pro-actively assuming responsibility for creating a culture of customer care, across our employees, contractors and clients. Working closely with the Managing Director to handpick future employees by putting together a robust and enjoyable interview and on-boarding process.
Operating in the capacity of an Engagement Manager supporting in all levels of people management and incentives and responsible for ensuring there is a consistency in the training of all sales/recruitment staff.
